Example questions:

• How important is it for you to set your own goals versus someone setting your goals for you?
• Life is always changing. New goals are always needed. What is one goal you could set today that would not have been important 5 years ago?
• If you wanted to go on a vacation, what would be your first step to making it happen? The second step?
