This is the first fidget I have ever purchased! I was looking for something that wouldn't make too much noise or be distracting to others to fidget with during in-person and virtual meetings. The Twiddle is great for this. It is quite quiet, and I think the movement of fiddling with it is quite natural and non-disruptive to others.
I have a habit of twisting hair ties and scrunchies around my hands, fingers, and wrists, so this is a great replacement for that. I just wish it had a bit of elasticity to it so that I could pull it taut and have it "bounce back" like a hair tie. The Twiddle is quite hard and rigid, but can easily be molded in and out of different shapes. Overall, the Twiddle is great, especially if you're using it in a work or school environment. Plus, the colors are super fun!
